The Friends of The Swanage School

The Parent, Teacher & Friends Association (named 'The Friends of The Swanage School') is about more than just fundraising. By being an active part of the school, parents and other locals can show their support for children's learning and for the work of the staff. They can also become actively involved by helping with school trips, activity days and after-school clubs.

Fund-raising efforts have paid for a 3D printer, a sound board in the drama studio, trips, catering equipment, laptops, recycling bins, picnic benches and more.

As a member of the 'The Friends', you would:

• attend meetings
• share your skills, knowledge and experience
• help co-ordinate fundraising efforts
